I had chickens growing up and well… one day… I decided I wanted chickens of my own again. And so we made it happen!

The years went by and the flock was down to one.

She became broody and well… we made her a mama. We snuck in mixed fertile eggs in her nest and there you have it!

She sat on the eggs until they hatched. They were all different and not even her own, but she took all of them under her wing.
